Sec-9 hma (change od address)

Sir, how should i bring to the notice of court for change of my address, so court notice might be delivered at my NEW address?

In my opinion, it'd be best if you go personally to the court and intimate the court of the address change instead of writing them any sort of notice.

You can file change in address memo/affidavit with a copy to opposition
