Second marriage of my girl and elder than me

Hi, I am loving a girl who is 10 years elder than me and got married. Now we both are planning to get marry. I am 27 and she is 37 years old. I wanna know few things. Is it possible to register our marriage? I wanna change her husbands name in all documents of her like voter id, license,etc., how to do it? Any procedures need for this? Please help me.

If you both are hindus then you can register your marriage under hma.if one of you are from a different religion then got to do it under special marriage act.for info regarding registration you can look into the website of sub registrars office
