Dear Sir/Madam,
Me and My wife have filed Divorce Case under section 13 B. We are having one child baby 3.5 years old. But they are not giving full rights to my children under CRC 1989.
So, If I not present in the court then what will happen? And my second question is, Can I withdraw the case on the base, because my child is not getting all the rights under CRC 1989. And her right of freedom of expression.
Also, If I am wrong in Child act CRC 1989 then please suggest me, where I can study the Children Rights In Indian Law and fight for the Children Human Rights.
