From what date one can file an interim petition has to file by the complainant on COMPLAINT under section 138 of N I act.
whether it is a perspective or restorespective
kindly give the suitable advices on the subject.

Dear querist,
You can file interim application even alongwith main petition u/s. 138 of NI act. It is prespective section. Court can decide the interim application immediately after accused appear before court on the same day or as early as possible.
