Dear Experts, kindly help is solving following issues :
Wether compliant u/s 340 crpc r.w.s 195 crpc is maintainable if wife had filed a petition u/s 125(3) crpc before Hon'ble Family Judge in which she had stated several false facts supported with her affidavit. whereas, husband got proof in his coustody which easily proved that all her allegations are false. Please reply as earliest as possible.
