I have audio recordings of my wife & her parents of demanding my property to her name .on failure she files case under section 498a,323,406&506 on 29th June 2018,but she has not present in Court for witness, Court has issue summon & bailable warrant respectively and if after this she is not present on next hearing then what will be the next decision of Court
