Hi, I had filed for Section 9 in a different city court and now the matter is mutually settled and in a different court and have been given 6 months later date of divorce.
Please advise as the section 9 petition is still filed with the court and the divorce is in progress from a different city or spouse city court.
What action do i need to take in this regard.

you have to file the compromise petition in the court where the case is pending and close the case
