Hi Experts,

Final argument of 498a done and judgement in 3 days.

My advocate said even on acquittal according to new rules i will have to bring someone for security/gauranter, Is that true?...if yes...can i just fill a personal bond or someone as gauranter is compulsory needed

Kindly let me know the process, Case is in Maharashtra.

There is no need for surety or guarantor if you are getting acquitted, but to have a surety in your company is always advisable because if convicted, it may come of use.
