I work with an NGO and I am facing a legal query. My organization helps farmers. And we are planning a model in order to help farmers get the best seed fertilizer combo as they have limited knowledge in such areas. We are thinking of selling them branded seeds and fertilizers with the producers' packaging intact but putting them in our NGO's marketing package. Are there any legal implications or regulations? Seeds Act and rules don't talk about repackaging but talks about labelling and packaging rules.
