Respect is seldom seen in luccha people.  Your sister seems to be of that type or else who on earth will want to throw own son out of the house?

Just think about that.

Even now its not too late.  Tell your sister to have some respect for herself and move out with the husband outside.

But sorry to say that aap meri baat ko samajh nahi paye.

Meri didi aur jijaji ek peace loving persons hai. Aur property bhi mere jijaji ke naam se hai. Mere jijaji ek gold merchant hai aur achche earning karte hai.  Aur meri didi ke sass, sasur, dewar aur nanad sabhi milkar jijaji ke property ko hazam karna chahte hai. Jiske karan wo sabhi mere didi aur jijaji se gali galauz aur galat behave kar rahe hai jisse ki mere didi aur jijaji ghar se nikal jaye. Meri didi aur jijaji kaphi mental pressure mai hai.

So I need your valuable advise jisse ki meri didi aur jijaji ko isse releif mil sake.

If such is the issue depending on whether your BIL is the sole owner of the house one can file civil injunction and also file a domestic violence case against the parents and also the younger brother of your BIL.

When such disputes arises within the family one has to be legaly strong with the papers. If that house belongs to your BIL then No question of going outside by your jija and didi. If any threats and disputes arises ask your BIL to tackle amicably and then also not sort out file a criminal case against them as per Chapter xvii U/s378-462  of IPC 1860,whatever conditions prevailing to your property dispute.Consult a Local property Lawyer.

Meanwhile your Jija can also get relief from civil Injunction suite filed against them if that property belongs to whole and sole of your BIL.
