Seeking advice

Can a daughter inlaw file any kind of case in any court of India on father in law (retired army officer) which inturn can stop his pension?

yes, if she is widow, having no income

No sir she is not a widow i am the husband she is not staying with me but had threatened that they are filling some sort of case in Army which will be powerful and can also stop Pension.

It is not possible.

Daughter in law has no right, till husband is alive.

Not to worry.

If still face any problem then may consult any local lawyer alongwith documents, if she send any.

But if the said army officer father-in-law is convicted in dowry case then pension can be in trouble
