Seeking advise

I married last year in may 2014, after which me and my husband started facing a lot of issues. he never trusted me, expressed need for more diamonds, asked me to buy a car for myself, he lived luxuriously but told he was into debts, he owns an audi and pays 60000 rent of house and says he has debt of 1.5 crores, he started his new business, daily he used to come at 10PM at home and used to ask me to do all household work and at night used to fight with me, spent excessively on me in debts, which made me worry about our future, plus our regular fights because of his very dominating nature and frustration gave me ill health, and once we fought so badly because i didnt obey his orders that he said he didnt want to live with me and said either you leave or i ll go. so i left the office, hoping that things would get better soon. they didnt return me any of my stuff, i left the office with one handbag, since past one year they still have all my stuff, my husband still doesn't want to keep me with him, i dont know why -either he doesnt like me, wanted more dowry or maybe becasue i am not that submissive and dont follow all his orders, since last one year i have been trying to make things work but he says he wants to end mutually. recently, my father posted my profile in a matrimonial site as my age is incraesin and my husband has clealr, stated he doesn't want any relation. I want to confirm hope just posting on matrimonial site won't bring problem for me. And how should i go about the case, he doesn't want to keep me but i still love him, we don't have money and time to fight long cases. also, he says he won't be giving me settlement money becasuse he is into debts plus his business is new....but he owns an audi, lives in a luxuriuos apartment. his father owns 4 factories...otherwise his family doesn't talk to me or call me bck home but recently his mother messaged me saying all the best for your new life and with it sent a snapshot of my matrimonial profle...

Please advise what to do

Thanks!

Sorry i have mentioned left office...i didnt leave office but his home

what relief out want from him legally is not mentioned and without taking any legal separation how you can post your profile it would be advantageous to your wife in many ways

so first remove from the profile and talk to him and decide what steps to be taken further legally

Well I am the wife. Firstly, I don't want to leave him. I want to live with him. But he isn't keeping me. Also he doesn't have very valid reasons to not keep me. He wants to end mutually, if in case he just doesn't agree to patch up, can i ask for all my belongings and all the money spent by my father and me in the wedding during mutual separation? what are my rights? and my father has just posted my profile on a matrimonial site because my husband doesn't keep me, so we are just going through options for future reference. Is that also not allowed legally?

i can understand the situation about your father concern regarding your marriage but without legal separation if you post in the site then he will have a upper hand to contest you

and about expenses a valid proof has to be shown to make them return the articles or you can ask streedhan and alimony from him

But I am educated and earning. Can i still ask for Stridhan and alimony? and he has started new business plus has some debts. Though his father is very rich plus he has debts still lives in luxury, so will he have to pay me whatever i ask for in such financial conditions? and how much can i ask for?

also if we both go for mutual separation then my profile on matrimonial can't harm me right?
