Here is my query, Mr. X obtained General Power of Attorney from Mr. Y by paying the amount.
The GPA is backed by An registered aggrement to Sell aswell by paying the respective stampduty.
Can Mr X. sell the property owned thru GPA to his Wife (spouse) ? Mr Y doesn't have any constraint as he already got his money as required.
