Dear sir/madam, I want to ask you that on 1998 a land of 3.5 kattah was bought in the name of my mother Smt. SORALLA SOREN(MURMU).My father passed away on 25 th of may 2010 and we are under huge debt as we spent huge amount of money for my father's treatment.My brother and me ,we are having schedule Tribe certificates.But my mother dosent have any.My father was also having schedule tribe certificate.So i would like to ask you that "Does my mother have the right to sell the land to a General Category person as she is not having schedule tribe certificate? ".We are residing in Darjeeling district ,West Bengal.
