We bought a constructed house that's Panchayat Approved ... That was an Agricultural Land before ... but has been divided between kins years back and sold as plot swith Panchayat Approval. The previous buyer constructed a house and were staying there ... I want to know if we can sell it - does the court case on reselling agri converted lands affect this - as it is Panchayat Approved and the case is for unapproved plots?
Can someone throw light on this?
