HI experts..
we have 494, 498 case registered aginast some inlaws.
their 4-5 relatives are also found accused but we dont have complete addresses of them for sending summons we only have their mobile numbers
please guide can we compel inlaws in court to discolse the addresses of their relatives or judge may decide to remove their names due to non-availability of complete addresses.

you can ask the police to trace the address from the mobile company giving those mobile numbers. or you can ask the magistrate in writing to direct the police to trace the address based on the mobile number.
