SERFAESI ACT RELATED

what can be an auction price under SERFAESI ACT.
IF IT'S MARKET VALUE IS 20 LAKH
and Govt Rate is 10 Lakh
bank loan is 10 lakh.
then what rate can be in auction?

if bank sold it in 10 lakh , is it right or wrong .

1. Proposed Auction Price is determined by the Auctioneer and has no legal relevance to Market and/or Govt. rates, in any manner whatsoever.  Property can be sold by the Auctioneer at the "minimum" price as may be determined by the Auctioneer.
