In disciplinary proccedings disciplinary authority had sought cvc advice.DA proposed reduction in incrementa but cvc adviced Dismissal. Now we have filed writ petition. now we came to konow about this advice. we dint ask this is disciplinary proceedings. whether we can claim this as additional grounds and file IA for call for CVC records. because for internal officer now told all this about us cvc influence in imposing punishment. whether DA is bound to implement that records
