My request for leave to prepare UPSC main exam was denied. Availed leave by submission of MC properly in time. Without sending me for second opinion, the Displinary Authority suspended me and later on issued Rule 14 Charge Sheet though PO Manual Volume III says “for unauthorised absend employee should not be suspended” . The same says “for unauthorised absend the period should be treated as dies non”. For disappeared employees only Rule 14 charge sheet should be issued and maximum penalty “removal” mentioned in the rule.
After availing leave, I joined two years back. I clearly mentioned the kind of leave and leave address.
I think there is two options:
1. Commit suicide or
2. Kill the Displinary authority—anyhow he is already spoiling our life
