Because of my lawyer, my wife succeeded in getting Exparte S24 I.A. order in her favor, judge granted the full amount 15k even though my counter attached with my pay-slip as my salary proof (35k), because there was no one from my side on the day of I.A. order.
So please suggest me what I have to do on next day of hearing, 1) File Review straight away (or) Set aside first and Review next. 2) If I file review/appeal, can I postpone the payment of maintenance till the disposal of it?
