How recovery notice be tak
en out in cases already pending & filed by an HuF since 2016 in City Civil Courts against a coop society for disputed liabilities? Is it valid as society didn't disclosed the pendency of above cases.
Who's responsible - Only Karta or even coparcener?
How recovery notice be stayed/challenged and in which court? Please guide. TIA
