I was working in a nationalised bank for 33 years and dismissed from the services of the bank in June 2009 on false and fabricated charges.I have filed WP in the high court .
I am not eligible for Gratuity and pension,encashment of leave and can claim only my own contribution to PF.It is almost 4 years now but bank has not settled my PF dues.In this connection,please let me know the authority where I can approach with a complaint against the bank for not settling my legal dues other than approaching the court.I want my money to fight for my case against the bank
