Our Provisional Committe was formed on 28th Aug 2016 for Co-op Hsg Soc. From that time i havent paid maintance. Meanwhile the Secretary handed over share certificates to all those who paid. Others like me havnt received it because we havnt. Can the Provisional society do that? Can i stand for elections in August this year without my share certificate only on basis of my flat papers in my name.??
