Recently, my grandfather's ancestral property was sold in kanchipuram. He is no more. His wife is alive and they had 3 sons and 1 daughter. But now, only 2 sons are alive. There are grandchildren and great grandchildren too.
The problem here is that all (wife, sons, spouses of the deceased children, grandchildrens) have given power of attorney (in Hyderabad) to one surviving son. He has sold the property and distributed the money unevenly to all the members.
The first son has a son and a daughter where the son (first grandson) has not signed the power of attorney. Both the son (grandson) and daughter(grand daughter) have not being given a single rupee out of the sale of property. Also, the eldest grandson was resisting the sale of the anscetral property and has not given consent on the PoA. and without his consent, the PoA holder sold the property
