A flat was purchased in 2005. registered both on my as well as on my wife's name. she didnt pay any money. and all the money n loan was paid by me. at tym of purchase it was of 22 lacs, now it is of 48 lacs.
(a) now can she claim her share in that flat?
(b) can she claim on profit (earned by selling that flat) or current rate or rate of purchase?
(c) if i want to register taht flat on my individual name, how much shuld i give to wife?
