Share in the maternal grandfather propert

My maternal grandfather had 5 children, 3 boys and 2 girls.the property was divided among his three sons somewhere in the year 90's and my uncles have already shared that property among their children. Now none of my uncle's nor my mom is alive. Can i file a case for a share in that property?

Your mother had a right to acquire the property during her lifetime. But you cannot claim a share in your maternal grandparent's property. On your mother's demise, her share would devolve over you and your siblings. But you can still ask for a share as per your entitlement from your uncles. If they are reluctant to divide a share with you, you can file a partition suit seeking your share out of your mother's share from her parent's properties.
