My name is shweta, from pune maharashtra.
My father expired in 2008 when i was 17 years old. In 2009 my uncles forced me to sign relinquish deed on my fathers property and and my broether becomes single owner.
In 2010 my grandfatger expired. In there will they transfered 4 acres of land in my brothers name instead of my mother.
My mother did not get any share in grandfathers property by will.my broether is also not given anything to me or myother.
My query is tgat can i challenge to the will of grandfather as i am still unmarried.. Please guide me
note. property in will is self acquired property of my grandfather
You cannot challenge the will if the will was properly executed by your grandfather and with two witnesses.
