Go to the website of Law Commission. A consultation paper has been floated for Shared Parenting. ive your views/ suggestions mentioning what you want in shared parenting. Send by e mail or regd post or by hand. But so this urgently as this was floated 3 months back

When Law Commission came up with such a Feedback mechanism, hardly anybody has given views. Ultimately womens organisations will get their way of mother being sole guardian.

Thanks Rahul for your information. The Marriage Counsellor in Bandra Family court provided me this idea, but did not elaborate much. I see now a lot of materials related to the concept in the internet. Thanks again Anirban
