I have a decent 1BHK, fully furnished flat in Kolkata, which is located in a large project with enormous similar flats. I wish to earn some revenue by letting the flat for short stay visitors in Kolkata or to a small family or to 2 persons for staying as P.G.
I seek the valuable guidance of the forum as to what legal initiatives are needed if any, for each of the above three methods of revenue earning, so that I may not be charged against non-fulfillment of any statutory obligation.
On the basis of the opinion I receive, I initiate the process. I'll be grateful for guidance, opinion or suggestions.
