Should I go for discharge or quashing against false case

FALSE CASE HAS BEEN REGISTERED AGAINST ME U/S 326 323 506 34 IPC. ON BASE OF FALSE OPD MEDICAL PAPER WRITTEN " LINEAR SCRATCH MARKS ON BACK OF NECK " BUT IN CHARGE SHEET INJURY REPORT DR HAS WRITTEN CLW + ABRATION 6 IN 20 LINEAR ABOUT 8CM LONG. BOTH PAPERS HAVING DIFFERENT WORDS. I O SAYS THEY HAVE DONE THE PUNCHNAMA AND RECOVERED KNIFE FROM THE SPOT ON SAME DATE AND MADE AN FIR BETWEEN 3 AM TO 5 AM I O HAVE SIGNED THE PUNCHNAMA AND FIR .BUT ON THE RECORD I O WAS NOT ON DUTY AT THAT TIME I O HAD JOINED THE DUTY AT 8AM. IN STATION DAIRY ALSO THEY HAVE NOT MENTIONED ABOUT THE PUNCHNAMA AND RECOVERY OF KINFE POLICE SAYS THEY HAVE SEND E MAIL TO I O AND INFORMED ABOUT THE FIR BUT WHEN I ASKED FOR E MAIL COPY THROUGH RTI THEY SAID THEY DONT HAVE SUCH E MAIL COPY IN POLICE STATION. THEY HAVE ADDED ONE FALSE EYE WITNESS IN MY CASE WHO IS HAVING A FIR ON HIMSELF OF FORGED DOCUMENTS ABOUT 7 YEARS AGO IN HIS FIR MY FATHER IS A COMPLAINANT. HIS ONE UNAUTHORISED STRUCTURE HAS BEEN DEMOLISHED BY BMC COMPLAINANT IS MY FATHER. SIR PLEASE GIVE A OPINION HOW CAN I GO FOR DISCHARGE OR QUASHING AGAINST THIS MATTER.. THANK YOU

If Criminal Miscellaneous Petition for Discharge fizzles out, move High Court for quash.

if chargesheet is filed then go for discharge. if chargesheet is not filed, then file a Quashing petition in High Court.
