I filed a pronote case in sub court. each hearing takes 2-3 months gap due to huge number of cases per hearing. from the date of filing the case, sending summons and filing vakalat, it took more than 1 year for opposite party to file written statement. In written statement opposite party said they never executed pronote in my favor. I filed proof affidavit but opposite lawyer is not crossing me 4 hearings, judge transfer, asking date, lawyer absent, another 12 months simply gone.
My lawyer says if we request signature verification, cross will not happen untill counter and enquiry for signature verification gets over which may take 1 year. Is this true? can signature verification case and cross exam happen simultaneously? or we need to wait for signature verification to get over and then start cross exam
