Hi Sir,Wife filed 498a DP 3 & 4 on me only and same released on regular bail but in remand report my parents names mentioned. charge sheet not yet filed. Later we applied for anticipatory bail for parents in High court and same we got anticipatory bail in High court with conditions. My parents has to appear before station house office in women PS and submit surites Take bail and Every Four sundays From 10 AM to 12 AM my parents has to appear before Station House officer and Report. Last week my parents submitted surities in Women PS at SHO got bail. But still they have to attend Two weeks in Women PS and report at Station. 1) My parents just attending in the police station but Police are not taking signatures in Attendance register. Please tell me some tips to keep records for My parents visited Police station ( Bus tickets and Telephone calls) Is that sufficient if not Please advise some tips. Thanks for ur time...
