Ask to your grand father to execute the WILL with present date (with two witness) in favour of your mother.

WILL without registration is valid.

Further clarification please call to my assistant

Your grand father can execute a WILL and you can request registrar to visit him for registration of WILL for which prescribed fee is required to be deposited for visit of registrar. Your maternal may misuse the paper but unless the same would not come out it is difficult to advise. Your grand father can mention the blank paper in his WILL restricting your uncle to misuse the same.
