can the appointment offer be signed by an authority junior to the appointing authority without showing any approval of that appointing authority in that offer of appointment. is such offer of appointment is legal and valid? is the termination of services under the conditions of such offer of appointment is valid as that offer of appointment was accepted by the employee more than one year before his termination, while joining the services he did not know who was the appointing authority.

How the appointment will be valid if the appointment offered by the non competent Authotity(ie Junior with out approval). Even after appointment by the junior authority the competent authority ratify the appointment then only it is valid.

but what about the termination of service under the terms and condition of such offer of appointment? what if the appointing authority had retified such offer of appointment issued by the non compitent authority only in the notesheet of the file without conveying this to the appointee, because an appointee can never come to know about such retification?
