I had apply online for Renewal of my passport on 14/9/2017 & inadvertently due to ignorance of the rules made a mistake, in not mentioning my current address & Hefty penalty of Rs 5000/ charged for ignorance of Rule. I had requested to Grievance 

& Ministry for considerations but No one reverted & issue has been not solved As i had shifted to application Address requested for Re police verification by Mail on 6-4-19 & Got reply mail for submission of Personal Particular Details Forms By Registered post on 11-1-19. On Receipt of My Documents send on 23-4-019 My File was Reopen on 6th May & again Closed  on 8th May. Even After closing of File Police visit to My Home 10-5-19 for Verification & As per Law & Rule I had visited  Police station on 11-5-19 with Original & Xerox copy of Relevant required Documents for verification & Again received SMS  of police verification on 18-5-19. .As My file has been already closed I visited Passport office for Clarification & On visit to Passport Office on  23-5-19, Respected officer intimate File has been already closed & Reopen of File & Police verification is done by Mistakenly, On asking reason of Closing File Suggest to meet Higher Authority Officer,  Respected officer Intimate me about Threaten Law Provision & can File complain in Police station against Applicant for Suppress truth & Advise to pay penalty instead of Hire Any LAWYER & File case in Court. 

My 6 to 7 visit to passport office I Experienced  & Observe Ruling & Authority Power of Authorities & No one officer interested in any Clarification OR Preferred to see Any papers related to Issue but insist & intense to impose & obey them & pay penalty if need passport.

It's also real picture of Indian Democracy & Independence for Common citizen of India.

 

As Law binding Citizen I had forwarded complain to External Ministry & request for Clarification for Law on below Points but As usual No Govt Dept bother to Revert

A, Why All Rules & Laws applicable on Only Common Citizen of Country & No Close & Law for Mistake By Govt. dept

B, Why Law against  Irrelevant  & Hefty Credit card  Late payment Charges +  Interest on late Payment similar Rule & Policy of Passport Dept Penalty Close + New Application after paying Penalty.

C, Why Threatening Law for  Common citizen  like criminal & No Law, Rule for Criminal to get passport.

D, Law, Rule basis my Application File Closed    

 

I am willing to fight against one side Govt Law & Rules if Any retired Lawyer is ready to file case against Passport Office & Govt Departments in public interest.
