Single complaint for 6 notices

Hi,

Complainant issued 6 different notices in one day for 6 cheques bounced same day, On due date he filed single complaint for all the cheques on the basis of 6 different notices.

Is it legal ?

Is helpful to accused someway ?

Pl suggest some higher court decision on same issue.

Dear Gupta Ji,

This even i knew, but my problem is.........

6 different cause of action took place by different notices, can all be clubbed in single complaint ?

If i am wrong pl clear me.

Thanks.

Dear Anu..

If all dates, on which the cause of action arises, permitts a limitation in which you can file a single complaint than the Single complaint can be considered. For further clarification if you are filing that single complaint on the date, which is statisfying the limitation period for all cause of actions, than it is valid.

The same has been discussed in these rulings also.

Correct if i am wrong.

Thanks.
