sister right on father's house?

does sister has all right to live in my father's home. even after marriage? i want her to vacate now. do I have all right to ask her to leave?

Yes she has right to stay there if the father allow her to live. After the death of father if no will made by him debaring her any share in the property, she has inherted right to get her share in the property that too you can't stop.
