498a case filed 6 month, IO does not note what is said by my relative, Can I provide him way to investigate on this particular case by sms. Produce them in court of law. If he does not
false case is filed by wife 4 dowry harrasment which start from marriage cermoney.
IO does not care of to see weeding video nor does visit dr whom husband and wife visted before spilt.
Nor does he want to hear audio rec,

You can produce before the court at the time of your ( defence) evidence if necessary, if your wife and other wittnesses turned hostile then it is not necessary to produce before the court.

Prevention is better than cure. I've learnt from my experience, that you should not wait in such cases.
Quickly move to the competent court (generally magistrate) with an application stating the manner in which shoddy probe is being done by the IO. You can pray to change the IO or transfer the case to CAW instead to be investigated by a lady not below the rank of Inspector.
