Friends, please check possibility as to whethe the case of MAHA-BHIYOG can be trialld against that judge who misused his onstitutional power to held that THE ATROLOGY IS A SCIENCE . The case of criminal conspiracy under IPC 120 A for being with so called JYOTISHIs who makes fool to innocent people for making money without work which is called "HARAAMKHOR" in general talk in Hindi and "ILLEGAL BUSINESS" in English.

Yeah I do agree. Those people be booked under IPC 420 . The so called news channels covering astrology and such superstitous beliefs 24x7 be booked under suitable IPC sections for FAKING news.

It is just a comparison of conduet, tose survive in dark and recognise the darkness to survive with their all dak activities. Though the ULLU (OWL) live it all by nature nd human should also be like a human but those human's conduct i like ULLUs they are referred here.

We should not haste to drag jothishis to Court. Before that please try to understand  the truth in it. one should not jumb into a conclusion without knowing it. Astrology was the ancient name given to  study of  stars and planets. Can anyone deny it.? It has  roots  in vedas. Nobody is forced to believe it. If you do not like it avoid it. Since we are part and parcel of the universe, the sun, moon and other stars will definitely influence our behavier. Through science we got a small portion of truth. Can any one measure and decide huge unknown facts with very little known facts.  

I think time has come to discard Vedas , Manusmriti etc etc as well. Science has explored beyonf the primitive intelligence who wrote Vedas etc etc . Don't we discard even some scientific theories which later found to be inadequate in explaining whole truth. Lets not be guided by sentiments eugolising Veads which is profitable to a particular community in Hinduism. Gone are the days when some Manus had the right to read and write hence they wrote things beneficial to them only. As an Advocate one expects you and your community to believe in hard facts and not on the sentiments by invoking the name of God and Vedas etc etc.

Time has come to put anybody who preaches ASTROLOGY as a science into TIHAR JAIL as we love to do to our QUACK DOCTORS by the dozens.

I would like to add that No Astrologer is living with the subsidy or  with the govrnment aid. So our natiion's hard earned revenue is not lost. Personal interest and taste changes. If someone interested to do something, we cannot individually attack them. We have got reputed politicians and system to look after the use and misuse. . They live with our tax  money. Let them make suitable laws and orders  in time.   and we can  interpret laws. A lawyer is supposed to do..

As long as Manus ( Red Manuwadi Manhoos) are alive in the forms of learned Advocates , Judges , Ponga Pandits who are fed with hard earned money of offered by the people( who supposedly lives on govt subsidies as is claimed by someone here) to their Gods in myriad forms it is very difficult to remove the ghost of astrology from them. In one side we have Madarasas where science fears to enter and on the other side we have Gurukul which dares science in the name of Astrology.

But those are the people who are entrusted with the moon mission with tax payers' money.
