Your duty is to inform such unconstitutional acts of others to District Magistrate under Regd Ack due , mark this as copy to Supdt of Police and let them take action.   If action is not taken, then they  will be failing  in their duties paving you to file complaint to Chief Minister for remedy and finally a PIL before High Court for discrimination.

Prohibition of Social Boycott Act. Maharashtra became the first state in India to bring a law making social boycott a crime. Under the Actsocial boycott is a punishable criminal offence, which includes a fine of up to Rs 1 lakh and imprisonment of up to three years or both.

As per the act, on the off chance that any individual or group tries to prevent or block another individual or group from observing or watching any social or religious custom or use or service, or from part taking in a social, religious or community function, get together, assembly, meeting or parade, the act adds up to social boycott.

The challenging of freedom of people for the sake of jati panchayats, religion, traditions or denying them their preferred privilege adds up to social boycott too.

A Collector or District Magistrate/Deputy Commissioner, on getting data of the probability of unlawful assembly for the imposition of social boycott can, by order, deny the assembly.

The complaint has to be made under the Maharashtra Prohibition of Social Boycott Act.

The Act is a decent case of strengthening of the general population. Implementation, in any case, remains the key to this Act like each Indian Act.

The system has provided for such complaints as "Whistle blower".  There are innumerable voluntary organisations and several media channels to encash such opportunity for getting a reputation by taking up such causes.  Hunt for them.
