"A" is Society and Owner of Land, then society make development Agreement with "B" company and "B" develop/construction a Residential/Commercial Building. "A" and "B" sold all Unites/Offices to the Buyers. Society "A" is Vendor/Owner, Developer "B" is confirming Party and "C" is the Purchaser/Member.
Society allotted Unit/Office, Share Certificate of Society and right to use proportionate Undivided Share of land to the Member.
My Question is :-
(1) If in revenue records owner of land is society "A" and society allot a office to the member by registered Allotment Deed at Registrar office, so Member name is enter in Revenue Records as per Society Act?
(2) if member enter his/her/it name in revenue records and Authority Certified Allotment Entry then society "A" challenge this entry as per law?
