I am residing at Mira Road, Kurnal Shopping Centre from last 9 years, but till now we dont know about the society members and also not aware of any meeting or Annual General Meeting. Whether they had done the Audit or not. From how many years it is pending of Audit. When I ask for any problem to be solve, they just ignore it and says we dont have fund,
Please advise me, how can I ask them the name of committee member and work of society. How can i take action against society. what is the proper channel.
