Some one closed Passage To My Property

I have one property ,in kerala With All proper Papers and its owned my grandmother , Its Near to pwd road But some close my road from pwd road , So what i can do Complaint Police 👮, Complaint Court Or Complaint related Land Authority

Complaint the police and file suit for permanent injunction. It should be filed in the name of owner or occupant of property. You have easementary right to enjoy the property. Sidharth9811776422

You have to file suit for mandatory and prohibitory injun�tion suit against your State Govt and land authority.

Get a copy of survey map disclosing the existing road opening to your site from concerned authorities through RTI and then file a complaint to police in the inititial stages to save time and expenses.

The ultimate remedy is only through Court injunction order as suggested by experts.
