Sir, I stay in Noida , I have a small residiatial plot in Kakinda, Andhra Pradesh worth around 12 lakhs. Can I give an SPA to my maternal uncle who stays in Kakinada asking him to gift deed the same to my only brother ,who stays in Hyderabad . I cannot make a trip to Andhra right now ,so can i do it from Noida ? If so , what would be the cost and the time taken to do this. Thanks & regards

All transactions related to immovable property will have to be compulsarily registered. You cannot subdelegate this task to your uncle.
