Special marriage act

  1. Can  a marriage performed in Hindu style be registered under special marriage act if the boy belong to Christian and girl belongs to Hindu community?
  2. What is the best way to perform the marriage between a Hindu and Christian couple?

The best way to marry a Christian and a hindu is marriage under special marriage act., and It will be registered under special marriage act.

Both parties belonging to different religions and remain to their respective religions wanted to marry, their marriage will be reckoned under special Marriage Act only
