We owned a house property which was registered by my grand father ( who was the whole sole owner and was not inhereted) in the name of my father...My uncle and our family stayes in the same house and we have registered the uncle part of property as well because he got ownership of some shops from my grandfather only..
Now after my grandfather death my uncle is not ready to leave the property..
Can we file a case under special relief act and ask him to vacate the premise as my father is senior citizen now and does not have any other source of income and is totally dependent on me to earn his livelyhood..also in addition to that can we ask uncle to pay the rent as per law if he is not ready to leave the house..Can we file both the cases together?
