sir, i have current account in sbi nashik. i deposited a cheque of rs. 1,13400/- (dena bank trimbak) sbi has charged me SPEED OW CLG CHGS Rs. 197. does it is chargeble without concern of client? (me) if this chage is legal then what is meening of at paar cheque clearing? pls clear?.
