Speeding up procedure

Respondent in a marriage annulment case is deliberately trying to delay the process by continually become absent. Its almost three years now and cross has not yet started. What is the procedure to speed up the process? The court has kept the case for evidence.

file an application before the court regarding this mattar,

and yet the court don't take action than take certify copy of that application and also certify copy of the order sheet and go to highcourt for speedy trial.

Prey for speedy trial u/s 21 B.

If you are husband is paying maintenance then apply in the court that unless she comes on hearings you will not pay the maintenance.

Ask court to penalise them for wasting time and money of the court and others.
