Spouse name is missing

My divorce case is pending and i dont have marriage certificate. I have reissue my passport without spouse name. Anyhow she came to know and now she filed a complaint in police for not mentioning her name as spouse name in passport. Please suggest what can i do now. Police is threatening to lodge an FIR.
