"learned counsel for petitioners is permitted to take out personal notice to respondent by RPAD and file proof of sending of notice in the registry within three weeks.
"if the learned counsel for the petitioners fails to file proof of sending of notice to the respondent with in the stipulated time, the interim order granted today stands vacated automatically"
